Reginald was terribly overweight, so his doctor placed him on a strict diet. I want you to eat regularly for two days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for two weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least five pounds, his doctor assured him.
When Reginald returned he shocked his doctor by having lost almost twenty pounds. Why, that's amazing, the doctor said, greatly impressed, You certainly must have followed my instructions. Reginald nodded, I'll tell you what though, I thought I was going to drop dead from skipping on the third day.

Fast Fact
On average, you blink 15 000 times a day. That’s about 10 times per minute, or more than five million times a year. Women blink more than men.
Our eyes are always the same size from birth to adult.
Who Said That?
“You were not born a winner, and you were not born a loser. You are what you make yourself be.” Lou Holtz
Outrageous Laws
In California it is illegal to set a mouse trap without a hunting license.
In France, it is against the law to sell an “E.T” doll. They have a law forbidding the sale of dolls that do not have human faces
In Louisiana, biting someone with your natural teeth is considered “simple assault,” but biting someone with your dentures is “aggravated assault.”

Good To Know:
Purchasing Insurance Online
More people are purchasing insurance over the Internet.
HereTips for buying insurance on the Internet:
Make sure the site you are using is an actual insurance company/
To see how many complaints a company may have received, check company complaint ratios before buying. www.insurance.ohio.gov
If you are considering health coverage, make sure you are purchasing insurance and not a discount plan.
Get specific information about coverage and coverage limitations. If it is not available on the company's web site, call or send an email to request it.
Find out if there will be "live" customer service when there is a question or problem after the plan has been purchased.
Before buying, look carefully at the coverage levels included in the quote. When you receive the policy in the mail, make sure those levels are the ones that you agreed to in the purchase.
For more information go to www.insurance.ohio.gov , or go to find your state insurance department online.
As Always, Thank you to my loyal clients and readers.
